Deposits

Booking Deposit

£100 deposit (non-refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of €75 applies to all bookings, payable on departure. Bank transfer fees from outside UK to be paid for by sender.

Security Deposit

In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
