In The Apartment
Each apartment is fully centrally heated and has two fitted bedrooms. The beds can be arranged as twin or superkings. The apartments are decorated to a very high standard, with the following rooms and facilities:
- Lounge with 2 sofas, TV/DVD player, radio/CD player, air conditioning,central heating, telephone (free resort calls only). A selection of books and family games are also available.
- Kitchen which is modern and well equipped with many luxury items, includes crockery, glassware, cutlery for 4 people (2 childrens sets also available) hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
- Picnic Set and cool box for 4 persons can be found on each terrace in the storage bench seat.
- Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a fan. Beds can be made into single or super-king sized beds and many guests have said how comfortable they are.
- Bathroom with shower/bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Towels and linen are provided. You may request the services of a cleaner during your stay for an additional charge. Please note: towels are for use at the apartments only, guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
- Terraces 20m in total length, each hosting a barbecue/wok, washing machine, iron and ironing board and other cleaning facilities. The pergola areas are installed with glass curtains and a solar reflective roof, affording an all year round use of the terrace with it's magnificent views. Four sun loungers are available for each apartment.
- Garage - specific underground car parking space.
- Baby Facilities - Full facilities can be hired. Costs are payable locally.
- Graphite Tennis Racquets - These may be hired by guests at a cost of £5 per racquet per week. An additional security bond of £50 per racquet is required at the time of booking. Please note that tennis balls are not provided due to storage problems in the high temperatures often experienced in the Region.
There are two communal swimming pools on either side of both apartments, one with children's pool and the other with a large jacuzzi, offering a wide range of facilities. Wristbands are issued to every guest should proof of temporary residency within the complex be required by security. Guests also have full use of any of the resorts 12 swimming pools, playgrounds and tennis courts. Hotel Intercontinental offers a fabulous indoor pool and gymnasium (seasonal prices vary).
Please note that neither smoking nor pets are permitted in the apartments.
Catering
Here are some of the services we can offer to golfing parties (from 4 to 8 persons), etc:
- Hot or cold buffet - €15 per head
- Three-course basic lunch - €20 per head
All of the above include drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks, or tea, coffee or fruit juice with breakfast) and will be served in the apartment.
Home-cooked ready meals to be stored in the fridge or freezer prior to arrival from €6 per head.
For guests arriving late, a Welcome Pack of food can be provided from €20. Pack contents can be viewed fully on the main Booking Form. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to order a Welcome Pack.
